The quality of the wines produced by Dal Forno is indisputable and has received recognition at national level as much by wine enthusiasts as wine experts.


The courageous decision taken in 1991 to eliminate the Molinara grape from the blend of Amarone and to rediscover the Oseleta grape is worthy of praise, the wines produced by Dal Forno are an expression of quality par excellence.


Only 15 litres of Amarone is obtained from100 kilos of grape :  It is this persistence combined with the untiring quest for perfection over the past twenty years that has determined the success of the Dal Forno wines.
